User research and personas

We bring your digital products to a tested experience before development through user research, wireframes, and interactive prototyping stages.
A successful digital product is the result of a design process that correctly understands user needs and offers intuitive solutions. At tasanworks, our UI/UX design service covers user research, persona creation, user journey mapping, wireframes, and high-fidelity (hi-fi) prototyping.
In our Figma-based workflow, we create interactive prototypes so you can test the design before moving to development. We make design decisions data-driven through usability testing. We provide end-to-end design services for web platforms and SaaS products.
We have worked with startups, corporate firms, and technology companies from Konya and across Turkey. The interfaces we design make a difference in both aesthetics and user-centered performance.
UI/UX work is where a team commissioning a panel in Konya and a team elsewhere in Turkey planning an app get stuck in the same place: the person does not know what to do on the first screen. Design is writing the flow before choosing decoration.
The scope is the user job, a screen list, wireframes, a high-fidelity prototype, and notes for the developer. If user interviews are wanted, the number of people and the questions are written separately. If there is no brand identity, color and type are not invented inside this job; that is a separate identity job. Writing code is not this page’s delivery.
The sequence is the job sentence, the flow, rough screens, a prototype, and a short review. The prototype can be clicked. Every micro-interaction is not promised. Delivery is the file of the agreed screens and a note of states. Taste or a conversion rate is not promised.

UX (user experience) covers how the product works and how it makes users feel; UI (user interface) covers visual design and interaction elements.
