This notice explains who processes your data, why, and with whom, when you browse the site or send the form.
tasanworks is the data controller for this site. The name and contact details published on the site are the identity used for that role. No physical address is published.
You type some of it. The rest appears because the site is used.
We do not ask for special-category data such as health, religion, or biometrics. Do not put that in the form.
The form is needed to start a business conversation. The basis is KVKK article 5(2)(c). There is no separate “I agree” box on the form. A privacy notice and consent are different things and are not combined in one checkbox.
Strictly necessary cookies and security logs are required to run the site. The basis is KVKK article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest). The site does not open without them.
Analytics and marketing rely on explicit consent (KVKK article 5(1)). Consent is specific, informed, and freely given. If you refuse, you still use the site. Reject is as easy as accept. Nothing optional is pre-ticked.
This form is not consent to advertising email or SMS. Commercial messages are not sent without a separate, unticked opt-in (Law No. 6563). If that opt-in is ever collected, it is registered with the Turkish message management system (İYS).
Data is not sold. A supplier uses it only to do its own job.
Vercel, Google, and Microsoft are not established in Turkey. Their servers are mainly in the United States. Email and CRM infrastructure may also sit outside Turkey. The Turkish Board has not declared any country adequate. That includes the United States.
Since 1 June 2024, KVKK article 9 has three steps: an adequacy decision, an appropriate safeguard, or a narrow occasional exception. Explicit consent alone does not cover a regular transfer. The safeguard is the Board’s standard contract (decision 2024/959 of 4 June 2024). It is notified to the Authority within five business days after signature.
The “accept” button does not replace that contract. The button is only your consent. Without it, Google, Microsoft, and Vercel measurement tools stay off. Connection data that Vercel receives so the page can open is part of hosting. The cookie button does not switch hosting off.
Under KVKK article 11 you can ask to:
Write to info@tasan.works. Your identity should be clear. The reply period is thirty days. If there is no reply, or it is not enough, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
