This policy explains how we protect the personal data of people who visit our website and contact us. Our duty to inform under the Law is met in the Privacy Notice.
The policy covers the website at tasan.works and the contact forms on that site. A contract for design or software work is made separately. We process personal data lawfully and fairly, in a way that is accurate and up to date, for specified and legitimate purposes, in a manner that is relevant and limited to those purposes, and for no longer than necessary.
tasanworks is the data controller for personal data processed on this website. We act in that capacity.
The name, email or telephone number, and message on the form are used to reply and to carry on a proposal discussion. The IP address, date, and browser information created during a visit are used to publish and secure the site. Analytics measurement stays off until you turn it on.
We do not sell personal data. Sending the form is not consent to advertising email or SMS. The categories, purposes, and legal bases are set out in the Privacy Notice.
Necessary cookies stay on so the site can work. Analytics cookies start off. You manage the choice in the notice shown on your first visit, or from “Cookie settings” in the footer. Names, lifetimes, and providers are in the Cookie Policy.
The form is delivered to support@tasan.works through the Cloudflare email service. The site is hosted on Vercel. If you consent to analytics, measurement data is transferred to Google, Microsoft, and Vercel. The conditions, including transfers abroad, are explained in the Privacy Notice.
We publish the site over HTTPS. We clean form content on the server before it reaches us, and we apply controls that limit misuse of submissions. Reasonable technical and organisational measures do not make any method absolutely secure. If you notice a risk, please write to info@tasan.works.
We obtain a separate consent before sending a commercial electronic message. The send button on the contact form is not that consent. If we collect it, we follow Law No. 6563 and the rules of the Message Management System.
When we update this policy or a related text, we change the date on that page. The cookie-consent version does not change, and a stored choice is not asked again, unless the cookie categories, purposes, or the scope of consent change. If the scope changes, the version is updated and the choice is requested again. The current consent version is 2026-10-08.

Where Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies to a particular processing activity, you may also request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and you may object to processing.
