Book Cover Design

A book cover is the first point of contact between the reader and the work, directly influencing the purchase decision. At tasanworks, we produce unique cover designs for different genres including literature, academic publications, self-help, and children's books. Each cover carries a visual narrative that reflects the soul of the book and connects with the target reader.

Our design process begins with understanding the book's content. Through genre analysis, color psychology, and typography selection, we ensure the cover stands out both on shelves and digital platforms. We also provide designs in formats suitable for digital publishing platforms like Amazon Kindle and Apple Books.

In addition to working with authors and publishers in Konya, we take on projects from across Turkey. We deliver complete files including spine and back cover, suitable for both print and digital publishing.

A book cover has a different size for the shelf and for a digital store. A publisher in Konya and an author elsewhere in Turkey printing their own book ask for the same three faces: front, spine, and back. The spine width depends on the page count. It is not inflated by guesswork.

The scope is those three faces, type suited to the genre, and the print or ebook size. The text, the author’s name, and the back copy come from you. An ISBN, a barcode, and a legal line are not invented. Interior layout is not this page’s job. If a cover illustration is wanted, it is written separately. If a stock image will do, that is said at the start.

The sequence is a short summary of the book, a direction, a choice, the spine calculation, and the file. The number of rounds is written. A sales figure or a list position is not promised.
