An API integration is two systems talking about the same record. A shop order in Konya and an accounting program, or a form tool and a sheet for a team elsewhere in Turkey. The first task is not to say “let’s connect it”. It is to write which field goes to which field.

The scope is the list of endpoints, the field map, an error log, and the trigger you agree. The other side’s account, key, and test environment come from you. A closed system with no documentation is not connected by guesswork. An automation runs as far as the written rule: if this, write that. There is no claim of judgment beyond the rule.

The sequence is an inventory, a mapping table, a test record, a failure trial, and a short operating note. On delivery, one record shows on both sides, and a deliberately bad trial lands in the log. Uninterrupted uptime or zero data loss is not promised. If the other service changes, the map is reviewed again.
